All Sales Are Final

RDL Studios provides digital services and custom Minecraft plugins. Due to the intangible nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once payment has been processed.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Incompatibility with your server version (please contact us before purchasing if unsure)
  • Dissatisfaction after delivery

Developer Assessment & Refunds

If one of our developers determines that the plugin you have requested cannot be built within the scope of the plan you purchased, or that the plugin is not technically feasible, you will be entitled to a full refund. This decision rests solely with the RDL Studios development team.

Custom Plugin Orders

Custom plugin orders are treated as bespoke development work and are subject to the same no-refund policy as all other purchases. Once a custom order is placed and development has commenced, no refund will be issued. If our development team determines that your custom plugin request is not technically feasible or falls outside the scope of your purchased plan, a full refund will be granted at the sole discretion of the RDL Studios team. Please ensure you contact us within 24 hours of purchase via the contact form or Discord to discuss your requirements.

Faulty or Undelivered Orders

If you purchased a premade plugin and have not received it via email after your order is confirmed, please contact support with your order number and we will resolve it promptly. If there is a technical fault directly caused by RDL Studios, we will cover a maximum of 3 faults per order. Beyond this, any additional fixes or amendments will be subject to a separate charge.
