Overview This policy applies to all purchases made on rdlstudios.shop.

One-Time Purchases All purchases are final. Once payment has been processed and your order confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Custom Plugin Orders Custom plugin orders cannot be cancelled once development has commenced. If you wish to cancel before development begins, you must contact us immediately via Discord or the contact form. Cancellations after development has started will not be eligible for a refund.

Premade Plugins If you have purchased a premade plugin, it will be delivered to you via email after your order is confirmed. If you do not receive it, please contact support with your order number.

Subscription Cancellations (RDL Premium Monthly) You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made after that point. No refund will be issued for the current billing period already paid. To cancel, contact us via Discord or the contact form with your order details.

Developer Assessment & Refunds If one of our developers determines that the plugin you have requested cannot be built within the scope of the plan you purchased, or that the plugin is not technically feasible, you will be entitled to a full refund. This decision rests solely with the RDL Studios development team.
