1. Overview By purchasing from or using rdlstudios.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Our Services RDL Studios develops and delivers custom Minecraft plugins using AI-enhanced technology. All products are digital and delivered remotely.

3. Orders & Delivery After your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours using the contact form and include your order number to discuss your plugin requirements. If we do not hear from you within that time, we will contact you directly. Delivery timelines depend on the complexity of the plugin requested.

If you have purchased a premade plugin, it will be delivered to you via email after your order is confirmed. If you do not receive it, please contact support with your order number.

4. Custom Plugin Orders Custom plugin orders are treated as bespoke development work. Development will commence once your requirements have been confirmed with our team. Once development has begun, no refund will be issued. RDL Studios will cover a maximum of 3 faults per custom order at no additional cost. Any fixes or amendments beyond this will be subject to a separate charge. Custom orders are subject to our full Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payments All prices are listed in GBP. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. No Refunds All sales are final. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property All plugins created by RDL Studios remain the intellectual property of RDL Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a licence to use the plugin on your server but may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the code.

8. Limitation of Liability RDL Studios is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our plugins, including server downtime or data loss.
